It depends on how many pictures you ordered, and in which size. Mostly it takes 3 hours to 1 workday - during opening hours!! You will recieve an e-mail when we are finished with your order.
This time is longer - 2-3 days - in December, becuase of the Christmas holidays.

Yes you can, both on the site as the last step in your order, or in our shop too.

It's all fine. Just share the name, picture sizes and quantity in your order, and we will give it to your representative.

Well, since you are here on the site, and probably you registered, just visit the PRINT page, and you can start right away. The site is phone friendly, easily managable. But if it's not, come to our shop, and we will help you handle it. Important notification! With Android we use Bluetooth sharing, but with Apple, we have to ask you, to bring your data cable. Thank you in advance!

NO, you can't. That's the sole reason of the site. Register, login, upload your pictures, pick the size, quantity and place your order.

You don't have to make an appointment. Just come in during opening hours, it takes 5-10 mins to take and print your picture. You can bring your own picture, but we don't take responsibility if it will be refused because of the quality of the original picture.

The file size is too small for the photo size. Based on our experiences, we set minimal pixel numbers on the site for every photo size. If you ask for a higher size, the picture will be pixelated or blurry. You can still order them if you really wish, we will do it, but we warned you.
WE DON'T RECOMMEND PICTURES SAVED FROM MESSENGER/VIBER/PINTEREST!
These sites deteriorates quality, for space keeping. Good enough for mobile screens, but not good enough for actual photos. If you are able, get the original picture via e-mail. That will keep the original size/quality of the picture.

FIT: our prints are in 2:3 ratio. Mobile phones are in 3:4 or 1:2. If your picture is not in the right aspect ratio, we will not cut anything from the picture, but we have to fill the missing parts, so your pictures will have white top & bottom or left & right edges.
FILL: there wont be any white edges on your photos, the whole picture will FILL the paper, but anything thats over the size will be cut.
If you are not sure, choose the FILL option, and leave the rest for us. If you colleague find any picture that will be cut at critical points - someone will have a missing head, or persons from a group picture, you will get that picture in FIT version (with white edges).

Nothing in quality or in price. It depends what do you prefer. The have a different surface, thats all. BUT! You can order GLOSSY pictures only in these sizes: 9x13, 10x15, 13x18, 15x21.

Well, it's because of the paper roll we use during development. They have a specific width.

• The smallest photosensitive paper we use 127mm wide. We use this with 9x13, 13x18 (precisely: 9x12,7 and 12,7x18).
• The next one is 152mm, the 10x15 and 15x21 get used with this one (precisely: 10x15,2 and 15,2x21).
• There are no differences between 20x25, 20x30, 30x40 nad 30x45. The poster size prints get printed on 610 and 910 mm wide rolls.

We do both. Up to 30x45 size we develop every picture. Above that we use poster printers.

It happens if they use an automated system. Our photo laborer colleague filter every picture ONE-BY-ONE. We can change the colors, saturation, lights on the pictures. If the color is still off, please tell us. If the picture is blurry, well lets check the source picture first. Mostly that's the issue.

If it's a new frame, mostly you can find the picture size written on the front or in the back somewhere. If it's an old frame, measure the BACK of the frame - not the front glass. We use centimeter on the site. If you need a specific size, we can make it for you for an extra charge.

Yes. Up to 50x75 cm we have wooden frames with sheet of glass in every size we work with.

No, just the sizes we print. But we can give you the contact of the framer we work with.

Yes, we have three different album types: pocket, "sticker", foil.
Pocket: there are pockets on every page of the album. We have these albums in 10x15 picture size, and from 24 to 300 - 600 pieces.
Sticker: the large shaped albums are either this or foils. In the sticker albums you have blank pages, and you need either photo corners or double sided stickers to place your photos.
Foil: the larges shaped albums other form next to the "sticker". In the foil albums you can find a foil page on every blank page. You lift up the foil, put your pictures on the page and then put back the foil. That will hold the pictures on their places.

Sorry, our albums are online not available. The stock changes too frequently, we can't keep up with that digitally.

We can digitize VHS, HI-8, Digital 8 and Mini DV casettes onto DVD disks. If you need it another digital form - for example hard drive - we can copy the data from the DVD to your flash/hard drive.
We can't work directly onto the drive, so you will get a DVD either way. About the cost, ask our colleagues. The completition time min 5-7 workdays. We will ask for a phone number or e-mail, and notify you when the order is ready to pick-up.

Okay. Tell us when to start and when to end the record. But none of us is sitting in front of a TV and watching the recording, it's all automated.

Sadly we can't. We don't have any video editor software. We can record from - to a specific time. And no, we won't start - stop that many times during the recording.

No, we don't have any system in the store, which would be capable to play any VHS.

Yes, we have a device for this. The completion time depends on what kind of photo/film you brought us, and how many we have to digitize or print. About the completition time and the prices ask our colleagues.

We can't tell you the exact processing time. Mostly it takes 7-10 days, sometimes it's more. Bring in the films, we give you an estimated time and you can decide if you want your films get developed or not. We will ask for an e-mail adress, and will notify you when your order is ready to pick up. About the cost, ask our colleagues.

Sure, during the order notify us. Digitize: we do it in small/large JPG or TIF format. Tell us during the ordering, which one you want.
